Oral History Interview

Brent Persad is the Director of Operations of Drews Trading Limited, the distribution company for Nestle and Unilever in Tobago. He discusses how the pandemic led to an increased demand for their products. The heightened demand and nature of the products meant the company served as an essential service during the lockdown.
