Oral History Interview
Denzil Mc Millan is a Unit Manager at a Financial Institution in Trinidad and Tobago and a History graduate student at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. In this interview he discusses the rapid transition to online banking, reduced staff and increased workload at financial instutions due to the lockdowns, provision of electronic banking services and pandemic working hours. He further discusses the impact on his mental health, family, social life, professional development, the balance of work and university study and the general need to concentrate on the role the pandemic will play on the future of education.
