Oral History Interview

Ken Ramdhan is the Team Lead for Parenting at Families In Action. In this video he discusses how challenges faced by families increased and became more complicated with the onset of the pandemic. Parents faced their own challenges as individuals and in dealing with the changes in their children caused by the pandemic. He also discusses adjustments made by his team of counsellors to help parents tackle all the new issues.
