
Ms. Akilah Lamsee completed her undergraduate studies at The University of the West Indies (UWI) in 2007.
She attained a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management. She then pursued an MSc at The University of the Southern Caribbean in Counselling Psychology which she was awarded in 2013.
In 2022, Ms. Lamsee completed an MA in Cultural Studies (with distinction) at The UWI. She is currently an Instructor with the Caribbean Civilisation Unit at The UWI, St. Augustine where she functions as part the regional team. Her research interests include Caribbean Oral Culture and Test Anxiety.
