Oral History Interview


O’Neil Joseph is a PhD student at The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine and Secondary School teacher in Tobago. In this interview he discusses school closures, online teaching and engagement with students, teacher burnout, the return to school and classroom protocols. He also addresses changes to Tobagonian lifestyle, local attitudes towards vaccinations and Covid-19, the use of traditional medicine, the financial impact of closure of Tobago, the loss of savings and employment.
